I teamed up with UX and design to give the Tax Solutions Hub at H&R Block an updated digital presence, with updated copy.
The project pulled three disconnected destinations—the Tax Information Center, the Help Center, and the Newsroom—into one cohesive resource hub, organized around the way people actually ask tax questions: new job, first house, a baby. Rebuilt navigation, templated filing guides, and easy paths into the filing flow keep answers close at hand (and keep people coming back long after tax season ends).
